- Aim for 10–15 participating restaurants for the best results
- Send restaurant invitations via the PTA and school (PTARW can help invite restaurants in your name)
- Collect donations directly from restaurants — PTARW does not handle or hold funds
- Report each restaurant's donation total back to PTARW
- Promote the event through the school/PTA's own social media and email
- Display the provided banner at the highest-traffic location allowed — car line, entrance, or fence
